Files you open in NabiPDF are processed by your browser, on your own device. They are not uploaded to us or to anyone else. We cannot see them and we keep no copy of them. This includes file names, page contents, text you type, signatures and passwords.
What is stored on your device
Your presets, your last-used settings, a drawn signature if you choose to keep one, and your language and theme choice are saved in your browser's local storage so they are there next time. They stay on your device. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes them.
Usage statistics
We use Google Analytics to count how the site is used, so we know which tools to improve. It records events such as "a split was run", "a file was saved" or "a preset was saved", together with rough ranges (for example "10–25 MB" or "6–20 pages"), your general location (country or city), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. It does not receive your files, file names, page contents or anything you type. Google Analytics uses cookies or similar identifiers to tell new visits from returning ones.
Our host, Cloudflare, also counts page visits without cookies (Cloudflare Web Analytics).
Advertising
The site is free and is paid for by advertising from Google AdSense.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website or other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
- You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors' cookies at aboutads.info.
Ad scripts run on the page around the tools. They do not have access to your files.
Your choices
- Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent before analytics or advertising cookies are used, and can change that choice at any time from the privacy link on the site.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The PDF tools keep working without them.
- Google explains how it uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

These companies may process data outside your country, including in the United States. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months and then deleted.
If you write to us, we keep your message and email address only to reply and to improve the site. Ask us and we will delete them.
Children
NabiPDF does not ask for names, emails or other personal details to use the tools. It is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
